• Implement an effective risk based HSE and Integrity Management system with clear HSE targets and objectives to achieve continuous improvement.
• Provide adequate resources of the effective implementation of HSE Management System.
• Manage all foreseeable risks to health and safety of employees and the environment, and take appropriate measures to climate where possible, otherwise to minimize HSE risks.
• Ensure that its employees have the required skills and training necessary to competently perform their tasks in a healthy, safe and environmentally sound manner.
• Communicate openly and consult with our employees and on all HSE issues.
• Promote enforce and reward positive HSE behaviors.
• Take necessary measure in the design, construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance and decommissioning of our clients to ensure the prevention of injury, ill health and learn from HSE performance and take corrective actions compliance with the principles of this policy and appropriate corrective action.
